2.  Resolve conflict and handle difficult people - Good leaders know how to diffuse difficult situations and work with challenging personalities.  Using 88 Owls' negotiation system, clients learn to develop the right mindset, manage emotions, and remain confident when facing potentially explosive situations.  They also learn how to create a safe environment for all parties, so that strong agreements can be reached even when counterparts do not trust one another.


3.  Get what you want without compromising - Good leaders refuse to compromise their desired outcomes and personal integrity.  They know that no deal is better than being stuck in a bad deal.  88 Owls’ clients are equipped to negotiate respectfully and assertively without using leverage, threats, or coercion.  They know when to say no, and they also learn that encouraging their counterparts to do the same leads to long-standing agreements that are more beneficial to each party.

Allan is a negotiation coach with over a decade of experience in training hundreds of professionals to negotiate more effectively. His real-world expertise and track record of success can be adapted to virtually any industry or profession, with specializations in the Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Biomedical, and Aerospace sectors.

Born in Hong Kong, raised in Africa, and educated in the United States, Allan’s early career took him to Boston, New York, and Atlanta before finally settling in Virginia as a business coach. Fluent in English and Cantonese, his global experiences have shaped his perspectives and

enhanced his ability to bridge cultural gaps, facilitating better

communications and lasting agreements.

Allan’s clients include start-ups, multi-billion dollar companies, Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies, and Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work For". His no-nonsense coaching has been sought out to help land anchor clients, grow revenues, and resolve conflicts, as well as negotiating mergers and acquisitions. He has helped clients successfully negotiate with companies such as Google, Boeing, PepsiCo, Verizon, Northrop Grumman, CAT, GE, and Microsoft.

Additionally, Allan was named one of the “Top 20 Under 40” by the Blue Ridge Business Journal. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee for RAMP, a regional business accelerator. Personally trained and mentored by the late Jim Camp, Allan is currently the North America and Asia Pacific negotiation Coach for CAMP Systems.
